It is a well-known issue to suffer from Runner’s Knee, obviously, because of excessive running activity. Believe it or not, you can have the same issue or even worse from sitting.

Sitting for more than 1 hour (most of the office jobs) can make the joints and ligaments stiff. Besides, it can compress the nerves and veins causing even more discomfort or pain. Plus a long day wrong position of the knee, inappropriate chair and we have a problem.

There are two easy solutions:

  1. Do not sit for the whole day, but go for a short 2-min office walk instead.
  2. Stretch your knee during the day or at least in the morning and evening
