There is a new hype today speaking about amazingly ergonomic chairs and sitting straight while working on computer. Without any doubt, it is a good direction towards healthier office lifestyle, but definitely not solving the problem.
Sitting, doesn’t matter how correctly, is still sitting. As you can see on the picture, even with your back straight, you put 40% more pressure than when standing straight. When slouching, it is of course even worse, going up to 85% more pressure on your lower back area.
Don’t make me wrong, but standing for a long time may seem like a “lower back” lifesaver, but it is not true. the only way to overcome the inactive issues, is to MOVE!

Try to stretch out the legs and lower back area in the office combing it with the Movegeen hygiene techniques.
