1) I know, you know it, but sit and walk straight! Ok, if it is impossible for you, just try 4-5-minute hygiene of your Upper Body (every morning and evening).
2) Do not sleep with to many pillows. Your neck should be straight and relaxed during the sleep.
3) Lastly, try to ask our Moovee (chatbot) to give you an advise if you suffer from pain in a specific part of the neck.
