Everybody can imagine that shoulders go down and forward when we slouch a lot when sitting and walking. Honestly, that’s not that big problem like the weaken muscle between the scapulae.
The upper back muscles are not able to hold the posture, the ribs are very often blocked and shoulders are more sensitive to injuries.
Therefore, if you have really little or no time to workout, just take a minute to strengthen your upper back muscles in the morning or evening.
