Hello guys! Let’s make it simple today!
Believe it or not, many researches (for example: LINK)  have shown that we should move (workout) at least 30 minutes a day to stay healthy and fit.
I know, you have family, work, kids, social commitments, etc… One hour workout seems to be impossible, but what about 4 short workouts a day? A morning 5-minute workout, 15-minute fast walking after lunch, 5-minute stretching during the day and again 5-minute movement hygiene in the evening after work to fight against the sedentary lifestyle.
That sounds possible and your body will pay you off!
